Hello! I'm a Spanish teacher, and I have no experience teaching ESL. However, I've been asked to teach an Adult Ed class for students wanting to take the GED. Some students will be taking it in Spanish, so I feel more comfortable helping them in Spanish, going over practice tests, working on reading strategies and reading comprehension. However, there are a few students who want to take the test in English, and I'm not sure how to help them...I can teach Spanish, but English is much harder for me (although it's my native language!) Does anyone have any resources they could share with me, either in Spanish or English to help prepare students to take the GED test? Thank you!! achase (at) dcsd (dot) k12 (dot) nv (dot)us
