To all who use this site, please be aware that the link to
leave feedback and this chatboard are not routinely looked
at. If you want immediate action you are going to have to
call the phone number and speak to the "technical support"
person. I was told directly from him that the webmaster
email link as well as the feedback link are never checked
because they are full of spam. I think that is a poor
excuse but alas that is how much they feel this site is
worth. I will say that the issues I did raise were
addressed promptly. The number to call is:
(858) 552-9330. This is not a toll free number either.
