Hi all! Today I was looking for a board on teacher fitness
and was wondering if there would be any interest in starting
one here. Can we do that? I am ending my third year as a
teacher and in the last three years have gained almost 30
pounds. My stress level - well, you all know. And I feel
as though I never have time or energy to follow through on
healthy eating or exercise.

Or is this something that is too far off-topic?
