    Post: individual messages vs. digest?

I don't know if this is the right place for this issue - if
    not, someone point me somewhere!

For some reason, individual posts on a few of the boards I'm
subscribed to have been coming through when it's always been
in the form of a digest. I've searched and searched
teachers.net to see if there's a setting for my chatboard
subscriptions so I can change this, but I can't find
    anything other than unsubscribe links.

This is a real problem for the junk filters for my school! I
have the teachers.net address whitelisted, but not the
individual email addresses.... it's all ending up in my junk
box and that's a pain to access.

I know there are others experiencing this problem. I'd sure
appreciate any insight into fixing this!
