Post: Need feedback from educators Please!

    Hello fine Educational Professionals,

I am in the process of writing a Capstone dissertation
    project:
Addressing Unethical Conduct in U.S. Public Education
(USPE) in support of educators and students nationwide.

I am submitting this survey to educational professionals (I
sent out 7 to educators that I know and only 2 came back).
I need to gather first hand, current information in support
of this project. Kindly feel free to answer questions that
you are comfortable answering. Any additional advice,
comments or suggestions are most certainly.

I have until mid to July to complete this document AND
submit a video or power point presentation of it so
kindly email it to me at your earliest convenience.
    Thank you so much.
    Respectfully,
    Julie

MAJOR QUESTION ANSWERED BY MY PRESENTATION: What is the
course of action for training public school employees (thus
providing them the tools they need…) and educating public
school students, pursuit of improving conduct and increased
control toward creating better learning environments for
U.S. Public School (USPS) educators and students?

HERE IS MY POINT OF ALL THIS: In lieu of the fact that we
all know that parents should be the primary source of
teaching appropriate conduct to their children (as hard as
we try, we cannot force this to happen because some of them
don’t have it themselves), the disintegration of our
youth’s general conduct and lack of respect continues to
increase. Students attending public schools for 7 hours, 5
days a week for approximately 10 months for 13 years have
an opportunity to learn what expected and appropriate
behavior is in school and in society if it were inserted
into the curriculum K – 12. Presently, we are missing this
opportunity. Our educators need to be given the training,
support and devices to make this happen so that they can
TEACH without ongoing dangers, disruption, etc.
Institutions outside of the public school system are
applying programs in support of maintaining higher ethical
standards of teachers and students with marked success, so
shouldn’t it be the obligation of the U.S. Public Education
Department to step up to the plate and provide Public
Educators with whatever is needed to make this happen? I
believe so and for that reason I have taken on this
enormous project of gathering facts, first to show what is
in place concerning this topic, and also what negative
issues are increasing and recurring that need attention.
Finally I will conclude with some successful alternatives
for consideration in developing betters strategies within
    the U.S. Public systems.

    Between students toward educators:

    Between students and student:

    15. What plans and policies to further strengthen
training and education on ethical conduct education, in
regards to improving behavior and safety for better
teaching and learning environments do you know of and where
    do the originate?

    you can direct me to?

Tell me your thoughts on this topic and any other points I
may have missed or that you feel are significant to this
    topic.

If you know any educators or professionals affiliated with
Public education of differing demographic or geographic
areas, kindly forward this survey to them for me. (I am in
    NJ)

    Thank you a million! ~Julie
