Good Afternoon,

I have been in the education field for almost 20 years. The last five years of my career has been as a Kindergarten Extension Instructor (Aide). I used to teach fourth grade about 13 years ago at a small charter school. Now I am going back to fourth grade in a public school that is a gifted cluster school. I am feeling somewhat anxious. I will have instructional support in my class. How can I overcome this feeling? What are some great ways to stay organized? I am also going to be driving back and forth about 50 miles one way for right now until my husband and I can move closer to our jobs. What are some really good things I can do the first week to help break the ice between the students and myself. Am I wrong for looking for a mentor to help me? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. :) Have a great and safe week. :)
