I am an exchange coordinator looking for a school to host a
group from Mannheim Germany this October for 17 days.

I have been working with schools organizing short term group
visits and travel for many years, and would be happy to put
you in touch with any of these schools for references if you
would like.

I am posting in an effort to find a school that would be
interested in my organizing a homestay school visit for your
school to welcome a group from Mannheim Germany this coming
October. It is a new school to us, and would be here for 17
days.

Their schedule would include days at school and days on
trips, all of which will be organized by me. I take care of
all logistics from finding host families, to organizing
schedule, transportation, supervision and all aspects of
having a group visit your school. Your role can be as
involved or removed as you may prefer.

school, and little to no extra work for your teaching staff.
