I am actually not a teacher of German, but rather a student. I presume this really isn't a board for students, but couldn't find any where there was any dialogue between students and teachers. If this terrible breach in the site policy, I hope you will be able keep yourself together and overlook the thread.

Naja, I am currently in the 10th grade and enrolled in German III (in the U.S, if levels are different elsewhere). Next year, I plan on skipping level IV and going straight to V and taking the AP exam at the end of that year.
My German teacher approves of this, but isn't taking any initiative in showing me materials I will need to learn to make up what I'll miss in the year.
I, and my teacher as well, are confident in my abilities (that I can do fine in German V), but I need the actual stuff covered in standard IV curriculum to test out so as to please the school.
