Re: learning to be a teacher
Posted by Sallie on 4/11/08

    Hi Becky,

I have been a German teacher for 8 years. It has been one
of the best decisions of my life! I am now waiting to
interview for German positions in New York as we have
relocated to my home state. I can honestly say that I miss
teaching German on a daily basis! There is so much you can do
to enhance students' worldviews as well as their German (as
well as English!) grammar each and every day. Hang in there
and make sure when you get to a position you build up the
    German program!!

    Viel Spass beim Deutschunterricht!
    Sallie
