Post: Questions for Health and PE Teachers

Posted by Susanne Walters on 2/05/09

    Hi,
I am currently going to school for elementary education
and I am taking a class about teaching health in school.
We have an assignment to get in contact with 3 health
professionals in schools to get the following questions
answered. If you can take some time to answer them I would
really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

    • Do you know you are considered 1 part of an 8 part
Coordinated School Health Program and do you know what a
    Coordinated School Health Program is?

    • What is your main role in promoting a healthful school
    environment?

    • How do you coordinate with other members of the team or
    do you?

    • What part do you play in the overall ability of a
student to be successful and learn?

    Susanne
