I am trying to get motivated to exercise more this summer and to stay away from food that is not good for my health. So far it is hard. Does anyone have suggestions?

meep(joining the need-to-get-motivated-group) Health issues not only require me to lose weight, but also prohibit exercise right now. Bad combination!

KD Oh my goodness, I hear you. I have been trying to walk more, but I have to be so careful, my back is saying-no, no, no. I tried to cut back on my calories or the amount of food I eat and when I went to a nutrionist she told me I had cut back too far, but I wasn't losing any weight. judy5ca The most motivating thing for me--and something I HATE--is keeping a log. I write down everything that goes into my mouth and total calories at the end of the day (calorieking is a great site).
