Fitness 4 Success is Canada's first interactive and exergaming facility! We are a multi-dimensional facility, created to provide a fun and engaging work-out atmosphere for adults and kids of all ages. One of our main goals is to develop and implement strategies to help combat the rising incidence of obesity among young Canadians.

Our structured program is based on the Ontario Physical and Health Education curriculum guidelines, and we customize our activities to meet the age and physical development of the students. Participants utilize score sheets to evaluate their own progress. Also, teacher observation forms are part of the program.

The XRKADE experience presents students with a wide variety of high tech, state-of-the-art electronic games that require physical activity and stimulate the visual and auditory sense while challenging students to work up a sweat and have fun doing so.
