My introduction to my FAS student last year was when
another child came up to me on the playground, "Teacher,
Henry's* blowing his nose into his hand and throwing it on
people!" When he came over, I didn't need to ask whether
he had -- the evidence was dripping from face and hand.
*Name changed to protect the guilty
