    That's a pretty broad question, Sue. First, which subject are
    you preparing for? Then you have to consider your
    state's/district's curriculum goals and requirements. And
    then you are going to have to plan your lessons grade level
    by grade level. If you are teaching multiple grade levels,
    i.e., homeschooling or small rural schoolhouse, you might
    want to let members know that also. I believe there is a
    homeschool chatboard here.

    Resources for teachers vary by district/school/state, and
    also by subject. There are some really good books. Your text
    book publishers will most certainly have lessons in your
    Teacher's editions and ancilliary materials.

    As for the internet, Google works for me. I type in "lesson
    plans"+elementary+writing and it comes up with some cool
    lessons. Hope this helps.
