I am seconding this advice. My kids exclaim that the Orca books
are "better than Bluford!" ---and they love the Bluford books.
The only concern I have is that the themes of Orca can be quite a
bit more mature--maybe just more graphic sometimes. I'm more
cautious with them and my younger kids.
