Post: Laid Off after 5 years
I worked in my district for 5 years as an ELD teacher. I
had a temporary status as no specialists are given tenure
in this district. One of the tenure teachers who worked
part time is coming back full time and they gave her my job!
Now I am laid off! after 5 years of working for the
district! Do you have any suggestions? Do I have any rights?
