If they are cleaning the rooms during breaks then they are
moving furniture so they can clean. In my school they don't
move it back to the original place in the room. Sounds like
they are moving the personal stuff off of the desks to
protect them before moving desks. The only problem I see is
that teachers aren't being told that this is being done. So
you could nicely ask the administrator or the custodial staff
if this will be done over breaks or you could just assume it
will be done and store you personal stuff during that
time.
