Hi, I am in my Masters program and we are discussing teaming and collaboration. My question is, do you team/collaborate with your paraprofessional and/or special ed teacher that comes to your room? If so, when and for how long. If not, what are your reasons?

Thank you for all of your insights and help! I am a first year teacher teaching third grade and I'm not sure how other schools work in relation to collaboration regarding these coworkers.
