I started studying special ed. b/c I worked at a church
school "daycare." No one gave me techniques to help with a
tudent that threw things, bit etc. The student showed other
signs that he might be autistic. You should talk to a spec. ed
teacher, the administration (if they are accessible.) I plan to
take classes to help when students are more aggressive. Back in
2006 I prayed and turned my back to the class to cry.
Unfortunately some of these "daycares" have staffers that would
have been more aggressve b/c they lack patience, understanding
etc.
