Re: 1/2 Combo class, going back and forth?![]()

I, too, teach a combination of 1/2. When introducing a mini-
lesson or teaching a skill, I have my other students listen
to the stories on CD. They can listen and read along to one
or two (ten minutes), and then I switch the groups and teach
the other. I also use routine things like a journal of the
questions at the end of each story and the practice
worksheets as independent activities. Keeping things as
routine as possible helps. Write me directly if you want to
