	Re: How can I get into teaching one room school? Posted by Ginger D Canfield on 3/22/08 I attended a one room school in Tennessee as a child, and learned SO much!!! I got the chance to TEACH 13 students, ages 3 through 13 at Children's House of Montessori in an old fashioned one room school house. It was the best time of my 30 year career!!! All ages learned a lot more than usual.The younger students learned from the older ones, and the older ones developed Great Leadership Skills, and a desire to learn even more, as role models.I even had students that designed learning units for their younger classmates. I wish Good Luck to anyone whi wants to teach in a One Room School House, and hope you have a Blast!!!
