I teach a P-4 and use a negotiated curriculum. The students
decide on the topic we will learn about and I set up individual
programs for each of my students.

Behaviour management isn't a problem because they are learning
what they want to learn.

I also use the arts a lot to help get students to experience
what they are learning.

We have standardised tests, and my students always do really
well in them. I don't teach to the test, but do teach them how
to think and how to problem solve.
