Hang in there! I have seen guys that were basically All-
Americans in the sport they played but could not coach a
lick and others who never played but could relate to the
kids and coach very well. The key is to have a passion for
what you do and ask as many questions as possible from your
peers and other coaches. You can never stop learning. The
internet is a great place to start. Here is an example:

see there are at least 3,000 other coaches there to help.
