I'm not really sure what doesn't make sense. It absolutely is
happening on the field. In my opinion there is a very easy way
to stop it-pull the girl out as soon as the blame game begins
but this coach doesn't have the guts to do the right thing. He
is more concerned with being liked by everyone. He is aware of
what is going on but I'm sure he doesn't realize how much it is
affecting my daughter. He makes general statements about, "not
blaming each other" but does nothing to actively stop it. My
husband and I try very hard not to be the parents that stick
their noses in at every turn.
