Yes, you can have a fun time with your Sports Day which is
very similar to a field day. Setting up stations is the way
to go. You can have standing broad jump, frisbee throw and
similar activities. On the Physical Education page on
my website I have a section on field days that have
good suggested activities.
I am concerned that you do not have any gym equipment. I
would suggest going to the Teacher Tools page on my
site as I have a section with sites for Free & Inexpensive
supplies.
Serve fruit and other nutritional snacks.
