John
I currently coach junior high wrestling and I have noticed that my
junior high wrestlers do not want to shower after practice. At the
beginning of the season i made it a requirement to shower after all
practices for health reasons and not spreading anything from wrestler
to wrestler off the mats. Currently, it seems like pulling teeth to
get them in there and shower up after practice without getting an
excuse on why they can't do it after practice.
