I took a slight pay cut because I changed schools but
throughout our diocese we have a salary freeze. I am
surprised we weren't asked to take a pay cut. Several of our
schools had to cut out librarians, PE, Art and Music teachers
and they cut the tech teachers down to 20 hours per week, no
salary no benefits.
