I would assume your state has work laws that say all workers
must have a lunch time, whether paid or unpaid. So, do you get
a lunch and then go in to work duty? If not, I would research
the labor laws in your state. That is all I can recommend. I
teach in a parochial school, and we get lunch as required by law.
