Classroom Management Part one

Classroom Management Part One As a teacher, your professional development will consist of understanding the makeup of your students. You take into account their behavior, intelligence, and the way in which they learn. You are expected to call the parents, go to student meetings, and formulate a plan that will help them succeed in their class. Your focus on them can reveal their reaction to everything but you. That’s the part that sometimes never comes up in the conversation until you can’t find a solution. At this point, you need to ask yourself, “Is it me”? How could it be you? With several degrees, 100 hours of professional development, it becomes difficult to point the finger at you. What makes you different from the students? Of course you are older than the class, but you could have the same baggage as them. Part Two HOW TO IDENTIFY THIS BAGGAGE AND GET RID OF IT
