You were right. This is not the right place for this post. Plus it
is probably a bogus post.

Professors befriend students all the time. It is our job. Some are
guys and some are girls. Some are very attractive, some are not. I
loan and/or give books away all the time. Move on!

That being said, I am still in contact with many of my former
students and thoroughly enjoy it. Several wished me a Happy
Father's Day on Facebook this morning via chat. To me that is a
much bigger rush than anything.
