Thank you for all the suggestions. My class is much better behaved now. I
added star table points in addition to my management system. What this means
is that the table who gets the most points at the end of the week for good
listening gets a prize. Points can also be taken away if they are not on task
or following directions. The kids seem to respond to this idea.
