Describe what 32 years of success looks like in your
classroom. And I'm curious what learning and instruction is
taking place as students sit quietly and focus on the most
current creative worksheet.
Our society is changing and we need to change with it.
Blaming parents and other entities will not change the
challenges we are facing as teachers. You've accepted this
job and if it's become too overwhelming and demanding after
32 years, maybe it's time to step aside and let another
teacher take a shot. Your anger and refusal to change is
blocking student achievement.
