We are in our 5th year. At the end of 3 years, we discussed what
we would like for training. We decided we wanted time to refine
what we had been taught during the prior years. We wanted time to
practice and discuss things we were dealing with. We still have
too much testing, bu tour reading scores have goine up throughout
our district (some on aa reservation, and most schools have HIGH
poverty numbers).

While I had hoped we wouldn't get renewed, this term has been much
better than the first. It just depends on who writes the
application and what is in it for requirements.
