Does anyone know about this program and knows the pro and cons? My school is thinking of adopting it. I'm worried.

Are you implementing RM with a whole classroom comprised of both struggling and average students? I have never used RM instruction with more than five struggling readers in a small pull out group. Nicole<MO I've been a reading specialist for 10 years and have found the Engelman decoding procedure (used in RM programs) to be what works the best for most children with beginning word blending and decoding.
