This was super easy to make and was good enough for
seconds. It makes a lot! I made some changes to the
original recipe & noted them below.
In a large skillet, brown 2 lb. ground beef
(I used Walmart's 2.25 lb. 93/7% tossed in some dried
chopped onion.)
Add and simmer until warm:
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup pork and beans
4 cups chopped vegetables
(I added more ketchup and mustard after tasting and used
1/8 cup Splenda brown sugar blend. I just added the whole
can of pork and beans and I used two cans Veg-all, drained.)
