1 regular sized box of brownie mix -- I used the
dark chocolate, but my friend used the Ghiradello
brownies. Others have just used the generic brownies.

1 can (15 oz) black beans)

1 individual serving size applesauce (if desired)

Puree the black beans with juice until smooth and creamy
Mix the pureed black beans with the dry mix -- mix well.

Add the applesauce if desired.

Pour into baking pan -- I used the size just smaller than a
9x12 for 15 brownies.

Bake as instructed on the box. Voila! Brownies with fiber!
