Wonderful Fiesta Pie Recipe 1 onion;
chopped 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 1 clove garlic;
chopped 1 teaspoon oil 1/2 pound ground beef 1 cup
corn 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 cup shredded
cheese 2 eggs 1 cup milk 2/3 cup basic baking mix
1/2 teaspoon salt

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil. Brown ground beef
(drain well!) and add vegetables. Stir in corn and chili
powder. Stir in cheese. Put into a casserole. Combine eggs,
milk, baking mix and salt in a blender. Pour over mixture in
casserole.
