Ham & Olive roll ups

take a rectangle of ham, pat dry, spread a thin layer of plain
soft spread cream cheese (could use veggie cr. cheese), plop in
black olives (could use green I suppose too) intermitently along
one end. Roll up the ham. Slice at even intervals along the
ham. Chill until ready to serve.

I think this is how it is done. I will do mine Tuesday and let
you know!
