Yes. Use gingerbread for the cake. Mix pumpkin pie mix with
vanilla jello (maybe add a little extra pumpking pie spice)
for the filling, and layer with whipped cream. Sprinkle the
top with crumbled gingersnaps!

The BEST holiday dessert ever!
