Cranberry Chutney

1 - 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries,

1 1/4 cup sugar,

3/4 cup water,

1 large tart apple, chopped,

2 tsp cinnamon,

1 tsp ginger,

1/4 tsp ground gloves,

cook on medium until the liquid is reduced (about 20-30
minutes).

Chill and serve over a brick of softened cream cheese.
