KMI What about the seeds?

A few years ago one of my K students brought one to school for his snack (!) and I think he called it an Indian apple - ever heard of that?

TLC We chew the seeds to get the juice and then spit the seeds out. II really dont see any reason why you couldnt eat the whole seeds because they would provide fiber. IMHO the seeds alone (after juice is extracted) would seriously lack flavor which is why we never ate them. It would be like eating a ball of seedy pulp.
