a Program Manager to join our team. The Institute for
Student Achievement (ISA) is a not-for-profit organization
that works in partnership with public schools. Its
mission is to support the dramatic improvement of public
high schools so that all students receive a quality
education, graduate, and are well prepared for success in

Program Manager for High School Transformation
Provide leadership, direction, monitoring and oversight
for quality implementation & outcomes of program models at
schools throughout the Detroit, Michigan area. This
individual will be the liaison between ISA and partnering
schools.
Qualifications: Strong background and demonstrated
experience in education and program management. Proven
leadership skills, experience in managing a team of
academic professionals. MA in Education or related
