Post: Another new development for teachers and schools

Hello again.
One of my past activities was to introduce a way to improve
the quality and cost effectiveness of training in a
company. We found that many companies have a limitation on
time for English lessons and that outside class hours, our
students could not really continue their exposure to the
language. We wanted to gice our customers more value for
money and also help companies by allowing a way for
employees to continue their education in their own time.
Only natural, because in many cases the company pays for
courses for their employees.
For all the above reasons, I developed an online training
website for English. The address is www.onlineenglish.de.
The website took almost 3 years to complete. I won't bore
you here with the details, there is a full description at
the website.
We now use this system and have found that it has enhanced
the training we offer customers. Employees can now continue
their training between lessons, which many do. The site is
fully automated and in fact we use it for many things,
which have been built into it over the years.
Automatic placement testing, now we can test employees for
placement into classes, we dont even have to score the
test, the placement and scoring is done by the system. We
offer this same testing system for instant job applicant
reporting. Imagine! a job applicant sits a test and by the
time they walk to the HR office for the interview, a report
on their language skills is in the hands of the HR manager!
IT can help English schools enhance profits, enhance
service and improve conditions for trainers.
