We are looking for computer-savvy teachers to help us test a
new free website that automates the parent sign-up process
for P/T conferences. It takes less than 10 minutes to set
up a conference. Once a conference is set up, the software
(jointly designed by a teacher and a software designer)
provides a web link for parents to view available
appointments and to sign up for an appointment time. The
site handles reminders, appointment changes, printing final
schedules, etc. It also makes it very easy to manually sign
up any parents who may lack internet access. The software
is now ready for testing by real teachers--please help!
