I have had the opportunity to get one for my classroom but
turned it down. I just don't see a reason to jump around in
front of a screen and get beamed in the eyes by the projector.
I use EPEE Software for Teachers with a splitter that sends a
second signal of my computer screen to a projector. I sit at
my desk at the side of the classroom and use the cursor to
point to anything on the screen. I also have a printer in the
corner for the student handouts. I just click the next lesson
in EPEE and the handouts, worksheets, and quiz start printing
and the presentation starts playing.
