Wow- I feel like I had the exact opposite problem. I respected
by CT so much that I didn't want to step on her toes while
she was teaching. Then I never felt comfortable disciplining
the class or completely taking over the class. I actually
decided to withdraw because of this. I decided that I needed
a fresh start where I can come in strong and eventually take
over those things like writing letters to parents.
