It's a three week program and it was excellent. You apply through the Embajada de España for this or other programs at various universities throughout Spain. I received 60 inservice hours for this which my district accepts, but they do have channels for turning this into graduate credits through a couple of diffent US univiersities (in Arizona and California I think).
