I think so! I got my Master's in Ed tech and now I'm working
in a computer lab(It took three years to get my foot in the
door). I love my job. It is very busy at times and requires a
lot of patience. I find I deal with teachers and their
concerns as much as I deal with students. It is a position
that requires you to work with both the administration and
the teachers. This is great when everyone agrees. Once the
teachers and Admin. clash over technology issues I often am
placed in the middle(this is kind of frustrating). Overall, I
think it's worth the effort. The more you know the more of an
asset you will be to your school.
