I am a NYC DOE teacher with 3 years of experience in the
city school system. I hold a dual license (General/Special
Ed) with a Masters degree in both areas. I have a great
deal of experience working with elementary aged children. I
currently teach 3rd grade but I have taught or tutored
children in every elementary grade. If you are looking for

I am an effective educator with a high success rate. I
currently teach in East New York, Brooklyn and my entire
class passed this years ELA state exam. Most of my students
are reading at above grade level and all are achieving at a
much higher rate than when they began in September. In a
small group or one-to-one setting these successes can be
even greater. Summer is coming so don't wait! Let's start

My normal rate is $45 dollars but I am flexible depending
on the amount of hours needed and travel circumstances. I
currently reside in the Bayside area of Queens and teach in
Brooklyn so I can easily travel to most locations. I have a
car and can travel to the location of your choice. I also
have a very flexible schedule and am willing to plan around
your availability.

No matter what subject your child needs help with I can
assist you. I specialize in Reading, Writing and Math but
have also tutored all specialty subjects. My references are
well respected professionals in the NYC school system and
are always available upon request.
