I am a credentialed, experienced teacher available for
one-on-one English tutoring this summer. My experience
includes teaching English in Thailand through the English
Language Institute/China, bilingual classroom experiences in
the Hacienda/La Puente Unified School District and Azusa
Unified School District, successfully teaching in the
high-achieving Manhattan Beach Unified School District, and
working one-on-one with ELL (English Language Learner)
students in my own classroom. My credential includes English
Learner Authorization, which means I am equipped to teach
English Language Learners.

Whether you're looking to improve your English for business,
exams, writing/editing papers, travel, personal study, or
fun, I can be the help you need to reach your goals in
becoming a fluent English speaker. I am willing to work with
all ages - children (k-12), college students, and adults. My
schedule is flexible during the summer to accommodate your
needs. I can provide in-home tutoring or meet you at local
public library or book store.

My personal experiences in studying and learning a foreign
language for three years helps me to understand the
frustration and challenges that any person faces when
learning a new language. With my classroom experience and
education, I can provide the assistance you will need to
improve your English skills in listening, speaking, writing,
and reading.
